Meet Dr. Jeffrey Koets

Dr. Koets is a DeWitt native having graduated from DeWitt High School in 1983.  He received a Bachelors of Science degree from Alma College in 1987, and graduated from Ferris State College of Optometry in 1992. 

Dr. Koets has been practicing in the Lansing area for many years and joined DeWitt Optometry in January 2003. 

He is currently a part-time clinical facilitator for Michigan College of Optometry at the Jackson Prison Hospital Eye Clinic, DeWitt Optometry and CareFree Optometry. 

Dr. Koets is a HUGE baseball and MSU fan.  He lives in DeWitt with his wife April, and has two children, Kyler and Carlie.
